All looks terrific!
I know it’s too late for this year, but I’ve just published a collection of poems ( two about Preston Manor & gardens). Some of the poems are quite spooky. Give me your details and I will send a complimentary copy for your pleasure.
Who knows maybe next year you could give a local poet a chance to read poems about local places and chill the spines of a few local people!!!!!

Hi Celia, there is a gardening group organised by the Friends of Preston Manor that takes place every Tuesday Morning from 10:00. I’m sure that you would be more than welcome to join in. Just wear appropriate clothes for gardening and bring along a pair of gloves if you have them.

I retired a couple of years ago and took my RHS gardening exams. I have been working as a gardener, part time for the past two years and would be very happy to help in any way I can with the grounds of Preston Manor.

I was surprised to read your news letter about the pond teeming with wildlife. Are you aware that, in the spring and summer, the children remove/kill the wildlife. This happens every year. Is there anything the friends of Preston Park can do?
